To ensure a quality experience, tours are offered by reservations only. When you book a tour, we schedule guides and other support staff to be available to make your tree top adventure as wonderful as possible. For this reason, we require 14 days notice for cancellations and rescheduling of tours and 30 days for groups of eight or more. If you fail to meet your appointment, we still incur all the same expenses and may have turned others away. Therefore, those guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel without proper notice will not receive any refund. Guests who cancel for any reason more than 14 days before their tour date (30 days for groups of 8 or more) will receive a full refund less a 20% non-refundable booking deposit or we will gladly move your tour to another date or time in the same year if space is available

No refunds are given for late arrivals. If you arrive late and we have to start your tour without you we will make every effort to put you on a later tour. We ask you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your reserved tour time so we can start your tour on time.

Our tour is designed for participants of good to moderate health; approximate weight range from 70 to 250 pounds and able to climb stairs unassisted. Pregnant women, people with heart, leg, or back problems, or other serious illness are advised not to do the canopy tour. Children, ages 10 to 17, are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions to any restrictions are at the discretion of the management. Please call before booking.

We will not run tours in storms, high winds, or thunder and lightening. Central Texas weather is as unpredictable as any place, so be assured, you will not be charged if Mother Nature tells us the tour is off. It is important to remember that foul weather in your area does not necessarily mean foul weather at Cypress Valley. Please call first if you have concerns about the weather. We will call only if we are certain your tour will not run. In some cases, tours may be postponed to allow for weather systems to pass. Many magical tours have occurred during or right after a summer storm has passed through. So as not to risk depriving you of the best tour of the week, we are likely to wait and see!

Guests should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Please remove all jewelry and sunglasses prior to the tour. Jewelry, cell phones and personal possessions should be stored in your vehicle or left at home.  Cypress Valley is not responsible for personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during the tour. If you will be swimming, bring a swimming suit and towel. Cameras with secure retaining straps are permitted on the tour. Cameras without retaining straps are not recommended. Food and drinks are allowed, but please, No Glass and No Alcohol.

 PETS:  No accomodations will be made for pets; please Do Not bring them to the site.  We do have special arrangements with A to Z Dog Ranch to house your pet for the time you are here at a reduced daily rate.  Give them a call to arrange.
